Navneet Singh Lotey came to Brampton in 2009 as a student and built his life and businesses here. Now, he's running for Regional Councillor in Wards 3 & 4.

Navneet came to Brampton in 2009 as a student. Today, he runs Lotey Associates in Ward 3 and owns and operates a restaurant.
His work is
about people.
He's a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who helps families navigate immigration, travel, insurance, and RCMP fingerprinting.
He's running
because people deserve answers.
After seventeen years in Brampton, Navneet believes Wards 3 & 4 deserve a representative who listens, follows up, and answers.

Better coverage out of every station in our wards. Real pressure on auto thefts instead of another form to fill out. Safety inspections and enforcement on unsafe and illegally converted units, because everyone deserves a safe place to live, whether they own it or rent it.

Not just at election time. Navneet is committing to monthly open office hours in the ward, a set day every month where you walk in and talk to your councillor. You report a problem once, and his office tells you what happened to it. No three calls to 311, no silence.

Unsure if you reside in Wards 3 and 4? Generally, Wards 3 and 4 cover the south-central core of Brampton, bounded roughly by Highway 407 to the south, Highway 410 to the east, Bovaird Drive to the north, and McLaughlin Road or Credit River to the west.
